1. Schedule Appointment: Start the process by booking an appointment online or submitting a question, and one of our technicians will reach out to confirm the repair issue and estimate.
2. Mobile or In-Shop: Depending on the repair, we will confirm the location of either onsite repair or at our service center. We aim to do onsite repairs but some are more complex requiring in-shop. If onsite, our technician will head to the location, loaded up with all the tools and parts needed to perform a high-quality safe repair near you.
3. See You Next Time: We will send the invoice through our platform and that’s it!
